Brush BY MG – Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse located in Romania.

  • Standard Shipping is done with UPS and can take between  5-10 working days, depending on the destination country.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customs duties and taxes are calculated by UPS and must be paid prior to delivery. You will receive a customs invoice directly from the courier.

  • Payment of these fees is necessary to receive your parcel and any delays in payment will delay delivery.

  • Brush BY MG is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

  • All products are declared at full value for customs purposes; we cannot alter this amount to reduce duty charges.

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates and import guidelines before placing an order.


Refusal to Pay Import Duties / Parcel Refusal

  • If a parcel is refused upon delivery due to non-payment of import duties, we are not liable for the order or its return.

  • In cases where the parcel is successfully returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any return fees and the original shipping cost.

  • Return fees are determined by the courier and can be significant. These will be deducted from your refund.

  • There is no guarantee that the parcel will be returned to us if refused, and in such cases, a refund cannot be issued.


Undelivered Orders

  • If the courier attempts delivery multiple times unsuccessfully or the parcel remains unclaimed, it may be destroyed or returned to sender.

  • We are not responsible for refunds or replacements in cases where the parcel is demolished due to non-delivery.

  • Please monitor your tracking link and ensure someone is available to receive your order.


Incorrect Shipping Details

  • If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided, UPS will contact us for correction. We will attempt to reach you for updated details.

  • If we are unable to get in touch with you, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Once received, we will refund the item minus shipping and any courier return fees.

  • You may then repurchase with the corrected address.
