If the MET Gala 2020 had to bow out because of Covid-19, the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art has not said its last word. Proof if necessary, the MET Gala 2021, the most anticipated red carpet of the year in the Fashion industry, made its comeback this Monday, September 14. This year, the organizers have capitalized on an event in September and a two-part exhibition under a new theme, to be held from 2021 to 2022. The first, “In America: A lexicon of Fashion”, will open at the Anna Wintour Costume Center on September 18, 2021 and will remain until the start of the second part “In America: an Anthology. of Fashion “which will be held until September 5, 2022.
