Transportul pe teritoriul României se va efectua folosind serviciile firmei de curierat FAN COURIER și durează aproximativ 48h.
Prețurile afișate pe site-ul brushbymg.com conțin T.V.A.
Transportul în afara teritoriului României se va face cu firma de curierat extern, cheltuielile de transport fiind suportate intergral de către client. Avem un tarif fix de 25 euro pentru toate comenzile in exteriorul tari.
Vă recomandăm ca înainte de plasarea oricărei comenzi să verificați cu atenție caracteristicile produsului pentru a avea certitudinea că acestea corespund cerințelor dumneavoastră. În pagina cu descrierea produsului veți găsi toate informațiile necesare.

Brushbymg.com acceptă returnarea produselor comandate în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea produselor, cu condiția ca produsele să fie nepurtate.
Dacă vă gândiți că este posibil să returnați produsul, avem rugămintea să nu îl folosiți. Returnarea banilor, excluzând taxele de transport, se face doar prin transfer bancar în contul personal al cumpărătorului în maxim 14 zile de la primirea produselor returnate. În această situație vom avea nevoie de un cont bancar valid și un nume oficial al Clientului. Cheltuielile de transport în cazul returnării produselor sunt suportate integral de către Client.
În situația neplăcută în care ați primit un alt produs decât cel comandat (exceptie facand nuantele care pot diferi in functie de dispozitiv, lumina la care au fost facute fotografiile) îl puteți returna, cheltuielile de transport privind returul, respectiv livrarea produsului comandat fiind suportate integral de brushbymg.com
Condițiile returnării produselor se aplică doar celor care au cumparat din tara.
